About the Role:
Refining Skills Academy is hiring a full-time Mathematics Educator with a strong academic foundation to mentor students in Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate is passionate about concept clarity , logical thinking , and helping students develop confidence in math.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging math classes aligned with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE syllabi
Reinforce core concepts, problem-solving , and mental math
Identify and address individual student learning gaps
Conduct regular assessments and prepare student progress reports
Provide individual support for struggling learners
Coordinate with curriculum leads to enhance lesson delivery
Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Mathematics (Mandatory)
Strong subject knowledge and command over middle and high school topics
Proficient in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus
Comfortable working in a structured, child-first environment
