This role will focus on designing leadership programs, learning frameworks, and scalable training systems for Principals, Teachers, Business Leaders, and future leadership talent.
Ideal Candidate 15+ years in Learning & Development / Leadership Development
Experience designing large-scale leadership programs
Exposure to education / EdTech sector preferred
