Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Culinary Instructor located in Bengaluru. The Culinary Instructor will design and deliver training sessions in culinary arts, including cooking, baking, and culinary management. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting practical and theoretical classes, supervising students during hands-on practice, and evaluating their progress. The instructor will also support curriculum development and ensure all training aligns with industry standards and culinary trends.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and expertise in Culinary Skills, including Cooking and Baking
Experience in Culinary Management and the ability to oversee and guide activities in a professional kitchen setting
Proven skills in Training and mentoring students, with a focus on practical and theoretical instruction
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is highly desirable
Relevant professional experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is a strong advantage
