We partner with colleges, universities, and institutions to deliver tailored on-campus and online upskilling programs that align with academic schedules and prepare students for the industry.
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals who would like to contribute to student development as Visiting Faculty / Part-Time Instructors for our Financial Market and Instruments conducted for students at our partner colleges.
Work Location & Duration:
College Campus, Electronic City, Bengaluru
2-3 Sessions per week
Program Duration: 6 Weeks
Session Duration: 2 Hours
Tentative Start Date : 1st Aug 2026
Teaching & Delivery
Deliver instructor-led sessions as part of the Financial Markets and Instruments curriculum.
Teach core concepts in financial markets, valuation, derivatives, risk management, and quantitative finance with a strong balance of theory and practical application.
Conduct interactive lectures, quantitative walkthroughs, market-based discussions, and case-study driven sessions.
Guide students through analytical problem-solving, valuation exercises, forecasting approaches, and financial modeling workflows.
Topics Covered
The course broadly covers foundational and intermediate concepts in financial markets and quantitative finance, including equities and fixed income products, valuation methodologies, derivatives and risk management, portfolio theory, econometrics and forecasting techniques, and ML-based market forecasting approaches. The curriculum combines theoretical understanding with practical financial analysis, quantitative modeling, and real-world market applications.
Student Engagement & Mentorship
Support students in developing strong conceptual clarity and analytical problem-solving skills in finance and quantitative modeling.
Provide guidance on assignments, valuation exercises, and forecasting approaches.
Address student queries and facilitate discussions around market behavior, trading strategies, and financial analysis.
Mentor students on structured thinking, quantitative reasoning, and financial decision-making frameworks.
Course Delivery Excellence
Align with the existing curriculum structure, evaluation methods, and academic expectations.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth course execution.
Contribute feedback on curriculum, assignments, and assessment quality.
Help maintain a high bar for academic rigor and classroom engagement.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
2–6+ years of relevant experience in Financial Markets, Quantitative Finance, Trading, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, or related domains.
Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or technical content delivery experience is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience in financial analysis, valuation, quantitative modeling, or market forecasting is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, valuation methodologies, derivatives, and portfolio theory.
Familiarity with quantitative modeling, econometrics, forecasting techniques, and market analysis frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel, Python, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
Ability to explain complex financial and quantitative concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
Strong communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
High ownership and reliability in a part-time teaching setup.
