Qualifications and Requirements :
Educational Background :
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, PGDM, CA, ICWA, M.Com., or related fields with First Class or equivalent .
A Ph.D. in the relevant field is mandatory
Experience :
At least 3 years of professional teaching experience at UG or PG level is required
Skills & Competencies :
Strong subject-matter expertise and research background.
Proven ability to teach, mentor, and engage students effectively.
A demonstrated track record in research and publications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to contribute to the academic and strategic growth of the department.
