About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented  Instructional Designer  to design engaging learning content for students. The ideal candidate should be proficient in  reading, writing, and speaking Kannada , and have a passion for creating high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities
Design instructional content, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
Translate and adapt educational content between Kannada and English where required.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and the product team to enhance curriculum quality.
Review and update existing learning materials based on feedback and curriculum changes.
Ensure content is accurate, learner-centric, and pedagogically effective.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and instructional design standards.

Requirements
Instructional Design, Kannada, Linguistics, or a related field.
Excellent  reading, writing, and speaking skills in Kannada  (mandatory).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation is preferred.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in K-12 or EdTech content development.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
