PALLANT is helping one of India's most respected engineering institutions in hiring Assistant Professors for its digital learning vertical; for people who've worked in AI, ML, Cloud or full stack development in the industry and want to start teaching it and positively impacting the future of our students. Bengaluru-based.

Position - Assistant Professor
Reports to - Associate Professor / Program Director
Nature - Online, project-based teaching
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty.
Teach and facilitate engaging, project-based online courses.
Grade assessments; give students timely, constructive feedback.
Coordinate guest/adjunct faculty to ensure programme quality.
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve courses.
Stay current with industry trends so courses reflect best practice.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science / Data Science / allied fields from a reputed institution.
Minimum 3 years' work experience, preferably in IT industry.
A mix of industry exposure and comfort with teaching and program management settings.
Comfortable using online tools and learning platforms.
DOMAIN EXPERTISE - ANY ONE
Data Science, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps (Python/R, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI - building applications; MLOps workflows.
Cloud & Dev Ops - Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, microservices.
S oftware / Cloud-Native App Dev - full-stack Python, Dev Ops pipelines.
IS THIS YOU?
You're an industry practitioner (3+ yrs) in AI/ML/Cloud who loves explaining what you build, and you want to shape how the next generation learns.
Teaching experience is welcome but not required; your industry depth and energy matter most.
