Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Performing duties for Admissions in the end-to-end admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA) programs by coordinating the review of applications, shortlisting candidates for the next round, helping in the coordination of tests/assessments and participating in the interview round with prospective students.
Contributing to planning and execution of the admissions process both online and offline
Handling communication and inbound queries from candidates and parents regarding the Admissions process over the phone/email/online sessions.
Participating and engaging in events hosted for candidates and/or their parents/guardians
Taking part in outreach events being conducted to promote the university and its offerings.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Skills Required:

The role requires the candidate to have an interest in MBA and learning, general affairs, and in-depth interaction with students.
Proficiency in handling the CRM and reports creation on Excel, words and Power Point
Knowledge of admissions processes in Indian universities with knowledge of multiple entrance exams and processes of those.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel
Relationship management and networking abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM/admissions platforms.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including faculty, students, corporates, and alumni.
