Academic Mathematics Coach

Role Description   The Mathematics Trainer will deliver structured mathematics classes to students, focusing on concept clarity, problem-solving techniques, and exam preparation. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting lessons, explaining topics in an engaging and accessible way, assigning and reviewing practice work, and tracking student progress. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty to align teaching methods with institutional standards and support students through doubt-clearing sessions and regular assessments.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring presence at the institute during scheduled class hours.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Mathematics (11th, 12th, aptitude and Engineering Maths) and the ability to teach topics clearly across relevant grade levels or exam syllabus.
Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, outcome-oriented learning sessions.
Background as a Qualified Teacher with training or experience in Mathematics Education.
Effective classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills to support diverse learners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience coaching learners for school curricula or competitive exams is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and commit to part-time teaching schedules.
