Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based in Bengaluru. The Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support early learning milestones, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, implementing curriculum activities, observing and documenting child progress, and supporting children’s social and emotional development. The teacher will communicate regularly with families, participate in school events, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
The role also involves maintaining classroom safety, following school policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-aged children.
Ability to plan engaging lessons and support Curriculum Development aligned with developmental needs.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, child-centered classroom.
Experience with classroom management, child safety, and basic first aid is an advantage.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and adapt to school guidelines and teaching standards.
