Job Description

Provide counselling face to face, over the telephone or online.
Analyse the profile and clarify the concerns on their future education and visa with students and family. Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
To update on the current affairs and update the knowledge on education and the countries.
Maintain the student data base and confidentiality
Follow up with Prospects
Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in
Give Excellent Convincing Counselling to convert Walk-in to registration·
Establish and maintain relationship with every potential Prospect

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and demonstrated ability to address student queries effectively
Basic knowledge or experience in the Education sector
Sales aptitude to effectively counsel students and guide them towards making informed decisions
Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with students, educational institutions, and team members
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field
Previous experience in overseas education consultancy would be advantageous
Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
