About the Role
We're looking for a passionate researcher and course creator to design high-impact learning programs that help people land jobs and build successful careers.
As our Career Course Creator & Curriculum Specialist, you will research hiring trends, recruiter expectations, job search strategies, and employability skills, and transform your findings into engaging, practical, and industry-relevant courses. From conceptualizing course structures to developing lessons, worksheets, activities, and assessments, you will play a key role in creating learning experiences that directly improve learners' career outcomes.
What You'll Do
Research hiring trends, recruitment practices, and evolving employer expectations.
Create comprehensive online courses focused on job search, employability, career development, resumes, Linked In, interviews, networking, and related topics.
Develop complete course curricula, lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and supporting learning resources.
Continuously research new trends and update existing courses to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
Analyze successful job search strategies across industries and convert research into practical, actionable learning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure course quality, learner engagement, and commercial success.
Meet realistic project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Brainstorm innovative ideas for new courses, learning formats, and learner engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in course creation, curriculum development, instructional design, learning & development, content writing, education, career coaching, or training.
Experience designing online learning programs from concept to completion.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Understanding of recruitment, employability, HR, or career development is an added advantage.
