Role Overview
We are seeking a  Content Developer II  to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training content tailored to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design models, eLearning tools, and accessibility standards, with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop training material aligned with learner profiles using varied instructional strategies.
Create interactive and engaging content using tools such as  Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond , and similar platforms.
Apply instructional design models ( ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy ) across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended modalities.
Produce  storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, and job aids .
Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
Incorporate feedback from SMEs and learners to continuously improve content.
Ensure all content meets  accessibility and inclusion standards (WCAG, Section 508) .
️ Key Skills & Knowledge
3–5 years of experience in  Instructional Design  within corporate L&D, eLearning, or workforce upskilling.
Proven ability to design and develop courses for adult learners across online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery modes.
Strong grounding in instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Expertise in creating clear storyboards, logical content structures, and effective assessments.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools ( Articulate SL 360, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia ).
Skilled in developing interactive, learner-centered content that drives workplace behavior change.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
Ability to leverage  AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)  and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong proficiency in  MS PowerPoint and MS Word  for polished learning materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline.
