Reports To -  Principal
Work Timings -  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 Saturday off)
Education -  Bachelor's/ Post Graduation

Preferred Experience -  3–5 years in early childhood education or day care coordination
ROLE SUMMARY
The Early Enrichment Co-ordinator will oversee the daily operations of the school's day care and early enrichment programme for young children. The role involves programme planning, team coordination, parent communication, and ensuring a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports each child's early development and well-being.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, implement, and manage the Early Enrichment programme in alignment with early childhood development principles.
Coordinate and supervise Early Enrichment Teachers and care staff across day care sessions.
Ensure the day care environment is safe, clean, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate.
Monitor individual child progress and communicate observations to parents and teachers.
Maintain all programme records including attendance, development milestones, and incident reports.
Develop and update age-appropriate activity plans, routines, and enrichment materials.
Build strong relationships with parents, addressing queries and sharing regular updates on child progress.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection standards in all day care activities.
Recruit, train, and mentor Early Enrichment Teachers and support staff.
Collaborate with school leadership to integrate the day care programme with the broader school vision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree
3–5 years of experience in handling day care (age group of 2.5 yrs - 8 yrs kids).
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
Passion for nurturing the holistic development of young children.
