Job Description & How to Apply Below
Company Description Tickle Right Education is a right-brain development program designed for children aged 16 months to 7 years, focusing on holistic early childhood learning. Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will deliver right-brain focused learning sessions to young children in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. This is an on-site, part-time role based in Bengaluru, involving preparation of creative lesson activities, setting up learning materials, and guiding children through structured and play-based exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing and supporting each child’s developmental progress, encouraging curiosity and imagination, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
The educator will communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, provide feedback on children’s learning, and collaborate with the Tickle Right team to refine teaching methods and program content. The role also involves adhering to program guidelines, attending training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of the curriculum.
