Our MRO operations bring together aircraft maintenance, engineering, planning, quality, supply chain and technical services to deliver safe, reliable and efficient maintenance solutions.
As part of our growing C-130J MRO program in Bengaluru , we are building a strong team of aviation professionals with experience in military aircraft maintenance, engineering and technical support
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our C-130J MRO Engineering & Planning team .
The role will provide engineering and technical support for continued airworthiness, SB/AD compliance, Engineering Orders, aircraft configuration control and reliability , while working closely with Maintenance Planning, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and OEM/regulatory stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Review Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and OEM technical communications for applicability and compliance.
Draft and issue Engineering Orders (EOs) with appropriate technical justification and work instructions.
Track SB/AD compliance and support timely implementation of modifications.
Maintain aircraft configuration and modification status within ERP/configuration management systems.
Provide technical inputs for reliability analysis, recurring defects and component performance .
Provide engineering support to Production and Planning during maintenance execution, including technical, tooling and material clarifications.
Maintain accurate digital engineering records and ensure complete traceability for audits and regulatory compliance .
Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders on technical and reliability matters.
Candidate Profile
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Avionics Engineering
Experience:
5+ years in defence aircraft MRO or OEM technical support
Candidates should have hands-on exposure to SB/AD evaluation, Engineering Orders, configuration management, reliability and aircraft technical documentation .
Experience with C-130J documentation, OEM portals, military aircraft maintenance practices and ERP/configuration management systems will be preferred.
