Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager, you'll turn insights into outcomes—owning problem discovery, shaping solutions, and partnering with engineering, design, and marketing to ship features that grow engagement, retention, and rewards adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
Contribute to vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmaps aligned to engagement, retention, and revenue goals.
Run discovery: user interviews, JTBD mapping, competitive research, and hypothesis framing.
Execution & Delivery
Translate problems into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
Drive sprint planning, prioritize trade‑offs, and unblock cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch.
Analytics & Outcomes
Define success metrics (DAU/MAU, retention cohorts, session length, rewards redemption, NPS).
Partner with data to run A/B tests, analyze funnels, and iterate on growth and rewards mechanics.
Collaboration & Communication
Align with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and partnerships throughout build and launch.
Communicate decisions crisply; maintain transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.
User‑Centric Innovation
Track trends in sports, gaming, and consumer product design; propose ideas that increase stickiness and lifetime value.
What You'll Bring
2–4 years in product management or a related role in consumer tech, gaming, or sports tech.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking, and written communication.
Hands‑on with JIRA, Figma, and product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Data Studio); basic SQL a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration.
Passion for sports and gaming—and empathy for player and fan experiences.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with mobile consumer products osure to monetization, gamification, loyalty systems, or growth experiments.
Experience designing or operating rewards programs (tiers, points, quests, streaks).
