Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:  Develop comprehensive project plans for wedding events, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Coordination:  Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly.
Execution Oversight:  Monitor all stages of event execution to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Budget Management:  Track and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on event quality.
Team Management:  Supervise and coordinate event staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
Problem Solving:  Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to prevent disruptions during events.
Client Communication:  Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
