Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Productions & Technicals Manager who can take complete ownership of on-ground execution and ensure flawless delivery of corporate events. This role is suited for someone who understands event production end-to-end, leads teams confidently under pressure, and ensures timelines, quality, and execution excellence are met without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end event productions & Technicals, including setup, show flow, live execution, and teardown
- Coordinate and manage vendors for staging, AV, fabrication, artists, logistics, and manpower
- Create and manage production timelines, show flows, and on-ground deployment plans
- Lead on-ground production teams and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, technical recces, rehearsals, dry runs, and live event execution
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and venue compliance at all times
- Proactively troubleshoot on-ground challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accountability for execution quality, timelines, and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Productions & Technicals within a corporate event management company
- Strong working knowledge of event production, AV systems, stage setups, fabrication, and logistics
- Excellent vendor management, coordination, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends during events
