About the Role
F5 Events and Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented   Wedding Planner   who can lead end-to-end wedding planning and execution.
This role requires someone who can handle client expectations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing large-scale wedding events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete wedding planning lifecycle from client onboarding to event execution
Conduct client meetings to understand vision, budget, theme, and expectations
Create detailed wedding plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps
Coordinate with decorators, caterers, venues, photographers, entertainment vendors, and other partners
Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets effectively
Oversee venue setups, rehearsals, and event-day execution
Ensure smooth coordination between families, vendors, and internal teams
Handle last-minute changes and crisis management professionally
Maintain cost sheets, vendor payments tracking, and event documentation

Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of experience in wedding planning or event planning
Strong vendor network in Bangalore and surrounding regions
Excellent client-handling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously
Strong budgeting and negotiation skills
Willingness to work long hours during wedding seasons and event days
