ROLE SUMMARY
Drives the cultural and community layer behind B&B's independent IPs. LOCATE, MANUAL, The Commons and SIKKA  and brand partners, scouting subcultural talent and spaces and building the communities that feed B&B's creative work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scout and build relationships with subcultural communities, artists, makers and spaces across music, coffee, craft and design
Plan and execute cultural programming and community activations, including for The Commons and other B&B IPs
Manage and evolve community manager frameworks and playbooks
Collaborate with creators and cultural partners on content and programming
Maintain community databases, contact lists and programming calendars in Notion
Support research and development for brand documentaries and IP storytelling
Represent B&B on the ground at cultural events, activations and partner spaces
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
1–3 years of experience in community, culture, or brand-facing roles
Genuine interest and existing network in subcultural and analog spaces — music, vinyl, specialty coffee, design, craft
Sharp instincts for emerging cultural trends and spaces
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable being out in the field frequently, attending events and meeting new communities
Based in Bangalore
