Game Designer

We're a Bengaluru-based mobile game studio with 60M+ downloads and three top-charting titles.
We're looking for a Game Designer who can build with us the next hybrid casual  puzzle hit .

What You'll Do
Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate new mechanics
Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable build
Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depth
Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curve
Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly, iterating on internal and external playtest feedback
Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that matter

What We're Looking For
3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience, with real ownership of a shipped title's level design
Widely played mobile gamer, able to clearly articulate what's strong or weak about the design of games.
Strong ideation instincts -  you think market, not just mechanics
Proven level design ability -  balanced, well-paced, intentional
Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing games
Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detail
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
A team player who communicates clearly and moves fast
