Roles and Responsibility :
This role requires deep, demonstrable expertise in Tableau and will be central to converting complex financial and operational data into critical business insights.

Core Responsibilities (Tableau Mastery)
The primary focus of this role is on the entire Tableau development lifecycle:
Advanced Tableau Development:
Solely responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of executive and
operational dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
Implement advanced Tableau techniques, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions,
complex custom calculations, calculated fields, parameters, and action filters to solve
specific business problems.
Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for maximum performance and fast
rendering across various access methods.
Data Sourcing & Preparation:
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and structure data specifically for
consumption in Tableau.
Utilize Tableau Desktop (or similar tools) for building reports with visualization.
Fintech Insight Generation:
Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance and Risk to define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to our fintech business (e.g., risk scoring, portfolio health, revenue forecasting).
Create compelling, story-driven visualizations that communicate complex financial trends and risks simply and effectively.
Deployment & Governance:
Manage data connections, publish data sources, and administer security settings on
Tableau Server to govern access and ensure data integrity.
