Are you an experienced Mutual Fund Relationship Manager or Wealth Executive looking to transition into the high-yield

We are expanding our capital-raising network and looking for a dynamic, self-driven
** Relationship Manager
** to drive our
** Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) and Fixed Income issuances**. In this role, you will leverage your client management skills and financial acumen to onboard small High-Net-Worth Individuals (sHNIs), affluent retail investors, seeking attractive, asset-backed fixed yield returns.

- Key Responsibilities
* ** Drive Capital Onboarding:
** Pitch and onboard investors for fixed income instruments, primary NCD issuances, and corporate debt opportunities.
* ** Network & Relationship Management:
** Tap into warm networks, small-HNI circles, business owners, and affluent retail clients looking for yield options higher than traditional fixed deposits.
* ** End-to-End Client Servicing:
** Educate clients on credit risk, coupon payouts, security structures, and redemption terms using institutional Information Memorandums (IMs) and term sheets.
* ** Pipeline Generation:
** Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, client briefings, and cross-referrals through local Chartered Accountants (CAs), tax consultants, and financial planner networks.
* ** Compliance & Documentation:
** Coordinate with our operations team to complete investor KYC, execution of subscription agreements, and bank escrow transfers smoothly.

- What We Are Looking For
* *
* Experience:
** 3 to 7 years as an RM in Mutual Fund AMCs, Broking Houses, Wealth Desks, or Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) networks.
* ** Track Record:
** Proven history of managing client portfolios and raising capital in the **₹2 Lakhs – ₹10 Lakhs ticket range**.
* ** Product Knowledge:
** Solid understanding of fixed income products, debt mutual funds, bond yields, NCDs, and fixed deposit alternatives.
* ** Communication:
** Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build trust with affluent individual investors.
* ** Proactive Pitcher:
** Highly self-motivated individual who can generate leads, handle client objections, and close deals independently.
