What You’ll Do:
- Drive the 8 Service Programs and key patient-experience initiatives in coordination with all clinical and support departments.
- Build a culture of empathy and service excellence through focused training on communication and patient-centric behaviors.
- Monitor patient feedback across all touchpoints, analyze trends, and implement RCA/CAPA for service improvement.
- Lead patient engagement activities, ensure compliance with NABH standards, and maintain documentation on patient rights and grievance redressal.
- Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, service quality, turnaround times, and overall experience consistency.
- Strengthen collaboration with nursing, housekeeping, F&B, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure brand standards through consistent service audits, frontline coaching, and cross-departmental alignment.
