Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Bengaluru location. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. They will work with families to develop individualized therapy plans, provide intervention sessions, and monitor progress to support the child's communication and developmental goals. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and behavioral therapists, will play a key role in ensuring comprehensive care for each child.

The professional will also assist in training and guiding caregivers for skill generalization and effective support at home.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Speech Therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions
- Strong knowledge of Speech and Communication Disorders
- Experience working with children who have Dysphagia, Language Disorders, or related conditions
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- BASLP, MASLP
- Licensure or certification appropriate for practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Familiarity with early intervention frameworks and child development principles is a plus
