This role is a cornerstone leadership position responsible for  end-to-end operational excellence  — spanning procurement, logistics, production, and supply chain coordination

The Role:

The GM-Operations person will lead end-to-end operations in the collection, QA-QC, processing, conversion and distribution of human breast milk-based products for Neolacta markets nationally.
Will plan, co-ordinate, and manage end-to-end processes and ensure the availability of other products manufactured by contract manufacturers from anywhere in the country.
The role requires strategic oversight of sourcing, production, quality systems, and cold-chain supply management under the highest safety and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

B. Pharm /

B. Tech / M. Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline. MBA preferred.

Experience:

15–20 years in  food, dairy, nutraceutical, or pharma-grade manufacturing  with exposure to cold-chain and sterile operations.
Proven experience in  process plant operations, quality systems, and supply chain  leadership.
Strong understanding of  GMP, HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI  norms.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Passion for  infant nutrition and ethical, science-driven healthcare innovation .
