We’re looking for a high-caliber Audit Manager – Healthcare to lead complex audits for large, regulated healthcare environments and work with senior stakeholders globally.

What You’ll Own

- Lead end-to-end healthcare audits across clinical, financial, and operational areas
- Drive regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.)—no hand-holding
- Execute risk-based audits and surface what others miss
- Deliver crisp, board-ready audit reports with clear impact
- Partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
- Build, mentor, and raise the bar for audit teams
- Strengthen controls and push continuous improvement at scale

What Sets You Apart

- 7+ years of audit experience with deep healthcare exposure
- Proven experience leading audits, not just participating
- CA / CPA/ ACCA
- Mandatory
- Strong command of healthcare regulations & risk frameworks
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder confidence
