Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
Drive referral patient volumes for key specialties such as Cardio, Ortho, Neuro, Gastro, Oncology, etc.
Conduct regular field visits to referral partners and identify new business opportunities.
Track referral inflow, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Coordinate with internal teams (SLM, Consultants, Operations) to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
Address referral partner concerns and ensure timely feedback on patient outcomes.
Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with hospital growth plans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Referral revenue growth
Increase in active referral accounts
Conversion ratio of referred cases
Specialty-wise volume growth
Partner retention rate
Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
