We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in volume hiring (non-tech roles) , preferably within healthcare operations.
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring
Strong exposure to healthcare operations hiring (hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, BPO healthcare processes, etc.)
Ability to manage high hiring targets with quick turnaround time
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, vendor management
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Strong screening and evaluation capability
Good communication and negotiation skills
