Role Overview
Deliver high-quality training to EMTs on:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Patient assessment & stabilization
Bleeding control
CPR & oxygen administration
Safe patient transport to medical facilities
Experience Required
✔ Minimum 7 years in EMS, emergency care, ambulance services, or hospital ED
✔ Minimum 2–3 years in training EMTs/paramedics/nurses/emergency staff
✔ Pre-hospital or ambulance experience preferred
Key Skills
Strong facilitation & learner engagement
Classroom + simulation-based training expertise
Competency assessment experience
Excellent documentation & training management
Able to thrive in fast-paced emergency environments
Fluent in Hindi & English (Kannada preferred)
