Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, monitoring progress, collaborating with caregivers and other professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation of treatment plans and outcomes. The therapist will work closely with individuals across different age groups to improve communication skills and address their specific needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and assessment methods
Knowledge of language development, speech disorders, and communication strategies
Skills in creating individualized therapy plans and conducting therapy sessions
Strong verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with other healthcare and educational professionals
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or a related field
Licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist, as required by local regulatory bodies
Experience working with diverse age groups or patients with various disorders is an advantage
