We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced  Mental Health Counsellor (Counselling Psychologist)  with 5–15years experience to join our dedicated team and contribute to our growth journey.

Responsibilities:
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges.
Create, implement, and monitor client-centered treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique goals, needs, and cultural background.
Equip clients with practical coping strategies and resources to support their emotional resilience, self-awareness, and overall mental wellness.
Stay current with emerging research, trends, and best practices in psychotherapy. Actively engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training opportunities.
Adhere to organisational policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all counselling practices. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in every client interaction.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome evaluations in accordance with privacy and data protection standards.
Participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health, trauma, and abuse prevention. Advocate for inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive mental health care.

Requirements:
Preferred candidates with 5–15years of post-graduate experience, specialized in counselling psychology.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a related field
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Experience in at least two types of therapy (individual, family, child, or couple) preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and documentation practices.
Commitment to professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
