Role Overview
An entry-level Pharmacovigilance Associate to support drug safety monitoring activities, including
adverse event case processing and safety database management.
Key Responsibilities
■ Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for adverse events
■ Perform MedDRA coding of adverse event and medical history terms
■ Enter and review safety data in pharmacovigilance/drug safety databases
■ Support signal detection and safety data analysis activities
■ Assist in preparing periodic safety reports (PSUR/PBRER)
■ Ensure compliance with GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practices) guidelines
■ Support literature screening for safety-relevant information
Educational Qualification
B.Pharm/M.Pharm,
B.Sc/M.Sc Life Sciences, MBBS, BDS, or PG Diploma in Pharmacovigilance.
Experience Required
Fresher / 0-1 year. Freshers with the right educational background and a willingness to learn are
strongly encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
Good to Have
■ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
■ Good written and verbal communication skills
■ Attention to detail and documentation discipline
■ Willingness to learn and work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
