WE’RE HIRING | FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Velora Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic | Koramangala 8th Block, Bengaluru
Velora is looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.
If you enjoy interacting with people, are good at multitasking, and can create a warm and professional experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you.
YOUR ROLE As the first point of contact at Velora, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every patient feels welcomed and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients professionally
• Manage appointments, calls and Whats App enquiries
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
• Handle billing, payments and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment sessions
• Assist with enquiries and provide basic information about clinic services
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
• Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
Fresher to 2 years of experience in a receptionist/front-desk role.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Excellent at communication and patient interaction
• Warm, polite, confident and approachable
• Well-organised and comfortable multitasking
• Comfortable handling calls, Whats App and basic computer work
• Presentable and professional
• Responsible, punctual and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, healthcare centre or similar setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
LOCATION Velora Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic
Koramangala 8th Block, Bengaluru
EMPLOYMENT Full-time | On-site
Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
