Senior Data Scientist

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, ensuring that our AI initiatives deliver measurable value to the organization. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall data science strategy.

Primary responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that meet performance standards and business requirements
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production, implementing improvements and updates as needed
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation
Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and data science, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and technologies into projects
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for the data science team
