Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Ark Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead and scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements for enterprise and consulting clients. This role combines deep Cyber Ark technical expertise, solution architecture, and program leadership, with ownership of large-scale implementations, client governance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Cyber Ark Architecture & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end Cyber Ark PAM implementations including:
- PAS (EPM, PSM, PSMSession, Vault)
- Privileged Cloud (EPM SaaS, PAM as a Service)
- Design enterprise-scale PAM architectures across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Define PAM onboarding strategies, credential lifecycle, access workflows, and session management
- Drive hardening, performance tuning, and operational readiness of Cyber Ark platforms

Program & Client Leadership

- Own multiple Cyber Ark programs simultaneously (assessment → design → rollout → BAU)
- Act as client-facing lead for senior stakeholders (CISO, IAM Head, Security Architects)
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into PAM technical solutions
- Support pre-sales, RFP responses, estimations, and solution walkthroughs

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Align PAM controls with frameworks such as:
- ISO 27001 / ISMS
- SOX / ITGC
- RBI / SEBI / global regulatory expectations
- Support audits, control validation, and risk remediation related to privileged access

People & Practice Leadership

- Mentor and manage Cyber Ark consultants and managers
- Define delivery standards, best practices, and reusable accelerators
- Conduct technical reviews, solution sign-offs, and escalation management
- Contribute to IAM/PAM practice growth and capability building

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 7+ years in IAM with strong hands-on Cyber Ark PAM experience
- Deep expertise in:
- Cyber Ark Vault, PSM, PSMSession, EPM
- Account onboarding, CPM policies, platform hardening
- Experience leading large enterprise or consulting-led PAM programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

- Cyber Ark certifications (CDE, CDEF, Sentry)

- Experience with Azure AD / Entra , Active Directory, LDAP
- Exposure to Dev Ops PAM, secrets management, or cloud-native IAM
- Prior experience in Big4 / large consulting environments
