About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager / Delivery Head – Data Engineering to lead and scale a modern, real-time data ecosystem. This role combines deep hands-on architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership.

⚠️ Apache Pinot production experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the central data lake & OLAP platform
- Lead real-time and batch pipelines (Kafka/MSK, Debezium, Pinot)
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Data Engineers
- Coordinate with Infra, Business & Vendors
- Implement observability, alerting, data quality & governance
- Handle high-volume data systems end-to-end

Must-Have Skills

- Apache Pinot (Mandatory – Production experience)
- AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, ECS/EKS
- Strong SQL expertise
- Real-time data pipelines & streaming systems
- Proven people and delivery management

Mandatory Prerequisites

- BE / BTech / MTech
- 8–20 years total experience
- Comfortable with 5 Days WFO – Bangalore / Noida

Desirable

- AWS Certifications
- AI / ML exposure
- Data Management certifications
