Role Overview
We are looking for expert Flexcube 14.7 L3 Engineers with strong hands-on experience in core banking and lending modules. The role involves advanced production support, root cause analysis, system configuration, and close coordination with onsite leads. Candidates must have deep functional and technical expertise, including Workbench and database skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Oracle Flexcube 14.7
- Handle complex incidents, RCA, and permanent fixes across core banking modules
- Work extensively on Flexcube Workbench for configuration, customization, and fixes
- Support and enhance modules related to Corporate Lending, OBTF, OBPM, CASA, TD, ELCM, and OBBRN
- Perform database analysis and issue resolution (Oracle DB)
- Coordinate with onsite lead and business teams for issue triage and resolution
- Support releases, patches, upgrades, and regulatory changes
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with banking standards
- Participate in on-call and critical incident management
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of Flexcube experience, with strong exposure to Flexcube 14.7
- Proven L3 support experience in production environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Core Banking
- Corporate Lending
- OBTF (including MM & SE)
- OBPM
- ELCM
- CASA
- OBBRN
- TD
- Excellent working knowledge of Flexcube Workbench
- Strong Oracle Database / SQL skills
- Experience working with global banking clients
Good to Have
- Onsite banking project exposure
- Experience in regulatory-driven environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
