SAP Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the enterprise wide SAP S4

HANA implementation This role is critical for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions You will be responsible for gathering documenting and analyzing requirements across various business functions ensuring the successful design and configuration of the new SAP S4

HANA system You will work closely with business stakeholders subject matter experts SMEs and the technical implementation team

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management Elicit analyze and document detailed functional and nonfunctional business requirements for the SAP S4

HANA implementation focusing on the blueprinting phase

Process Mapping Map and document current asis business processes and design future tobe processes within the SAP S4

HANA environment

Solution Alignment Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed SAP S4

HANA solutions and configurations meet documented business requirements

Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a liaison between business users and the implementation team facilitating communication and consensus on design decisions

Testing Support Develop and execute test cases coordinate User Acceptance Testing UAT and manage defect resolution during the realization and golive phases

Change Enablement Assist in the development of training materials and support organizational change management activities

Data Analysis Support data migration activities by analyzing and validating data requirements

Required Qualifications Experience

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a significant focus on large scale ERP implementations

Direct experience on at least one full lifecycle SAP S4

HANA or ECC implementation project

Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Strong understanding of core business processes eg Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing and how they integrate within SAP

Experience with SAP Activate methodology particularly the Discover and Prepare Explore phases

Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with S4

HANA implementations in a relevant industry

Familiarity with financial integrations particularly Fin Tech integrations to SAP

Certification in Business Analysis eg CBAP or Agile eg CSM
