Leadzo is building a modern lead generation and service marketplace platform designed to connect customers with verified service professionals across service industries - from Martech, Legal, Home services, Health & Wellbeing, Construction & Trades, Education, and more.

Our mission is to make it easier, faster, and more transparent for people to discover and hire trusted professionals online, while helping businesses grow through qualified, high-intent leads.

We’ve completed the product build, and our website is ready for launch.

Leadzo is now gearing up to onboard its first users and refine the platform through live market testing.

We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hands-on performance marketer to lead our India marketing engine.

You will be the commercial owner of the performance channel, driving acquisition, revenue, pricing strategy, category performance, and conversion optimization. You’ll work directly with the Founder/Head of Marketing and will have full ownership of the marketing levers that move the business.

What You’ll Own

- Manage and scale high-budget Google Ads performance campaigns
- Build, optimise, and experiment with campaigns/ad groups/keywords/creatives
- Analyse data to uncover insights, improve CAC, and scale profitable growth
- Strategically manage annual budgets of INR 5 Cr+
- Own pricing strategy for 100+ service categories across India
- Set & optimise Q&A flows to improve buyer intent and conversion
- Drive category-level performance, revenue, and ROI
- Work directly with leadership to shape acquisition strategy

Whom We're Looking For

Must-have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large, complex Google Ads accounts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Solid Excel skills
- Ability to generate insights and creative ideas to improve performance
- Strong communication skills-verbal & written
- High ownership mindset and strong work ethic

Great-to-have

- Experience with Bing Ads or Meta/Facebook Ads
- Background in B2B, B2C, and lead generation
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
