ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

A founder-led startup developing tech-enabled consumer solutions in the health and performance space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Own and drive go-to-market (GTM) for new launches, campaigns, and feature rollouts — from ideation to execution
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging across digital channels
- Work across the full funnel — performance marketing, content, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Track and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CAC, conversion rate, and retention
- Run structured experiments to identify scalable growth channels
- Build repeatable growth systems and playbooks
- Write compelling copy — ads, landing pages, decks, and outbound outreach
- Support founders with market research, customer insights, and channel prioritization
- Solve cross-functional problems across marketing, product, and business strategy

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Startup / Founder’s Office roles
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking
- Able to write clear, persuasive copy and understand performance metrics
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Notion, and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Willing to switch between execution and strategy based on business needs
- Interested in working closely with founders and owning outcomes
