The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and drive Alike’s paid acquisition engine across key digital channels. This is not a “campaign management” role it’s a growth and efficiency role. You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably, improving CAC and ROAS, and continuously unlocking incremental performance through experimentation, automation, and data-led decision making. We’re looking for someone who understands platforms deeply, embraces AI and automation early, and takes pride in building performance systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution across Google Ads (Search, PMax, You Tube, Discovery) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns across acquisition and retargeting funnels.
- Manage and grow monthly budgets while maintaining strict CAC, ROAS, and efficiency benchmarks.
AI, Automation & Scalable Growth
- Leverage platform-level automation, smart bidding, and audience modeling to improve performance at scale.
- Use AI-driven tools to accelerate creative iteration, copy testing, and performance insights.
- Identify early signals, winning cohorts, and scaling opportunities before performance plateaus.
Experimentation & Optimisation
- Design and run a structured experimentation roadmap across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences.
- Execute rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to build high-impact, mobile-first ad experiences.
Analytics, Tracking & Measurement
- Ensure robust tracking and attribution across platforms (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4).
- Work in a post-iOS attribution environment using incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and performance triangulation.
- Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards to communicate performance to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and tech teams to align growth initiatives.
- Translate performance insights into clear actions across teams.
What We Are Looking For :
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise across Google and Meta ecosystems — you understand the “why,” not just the “how.”
- Proven experience scaling spend while maintaining efficiency.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performance reports.
AI & Automation Mindset
- Practical experience using AI tools for campaign optimisation, creative testing, or productivity.
- Curious, early adopter mindset toward automation and platform evolution.
Analytical Strength
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make confident performance decisions.
Mindset & Ownership
- Outcomes-driven, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Constantly looking for the next performance unlock - not satisfied with “good enough.”
Good to Have
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
- Familiarity with GA4, attribution models, and MMM concepts.
- Google Ads / Meta certifications.
