Position: Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant
Location: Bengaluru

Role: SAP HR ABAP – Senior Consultant

Experience:

9–12 Years

Shift:  2 PM – 11 PM IST

Location:

Hybrid (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai)

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop  RICEF objects  (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms) using  SAP ABAP HR
Work on  SAP HCM and Success Factors  integrations, especially employee and payroll data flow
Develop and enhance  custom Infotypes  and HR-related ABAP solutions
Build and support  interfaces between Success Factors and SAP Payroll (ECC/ECP)
Ensure developments follow  SAP best practices and coding standards
Prepare and maintain  technical documentation

Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in  SAP ABAP HR / HCM
Good understanding of  PA, OM, PT, and Payroll  modules

Experience with  Success Factors integration  and employee data replication
Knowledge of  Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs , and  OOABAP (ABAP 7.4+)
Exposure to  S/4

HANA  and  CDS Views
Experience in  debugging payroll and replication issues
Hands-on experience with  Smart Forms / Adobe Forms  (remuneration statements)

Nice to Have

Experience with  OData APIs, RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration
End-to-end  SAP implementation project experience
ABAP certification (not mandatory)
