Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager (Ads & Organic) role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will manage social media accounts, create and implement effective content strategies, and optimize social media platforms (SMO) for maximum engagement. Responsibilities also include developing and executing paid ad campaigns, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Experience in creating and executing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies for improved results
- Working knowledge of tools and platforms for managing paid and organic campaigns
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Relevant experience or educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape in both domestic and international markets is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager
- Agency experience is a plus

- Experience with B2B or lead-generation-focused brands
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
