Summary of Job:
This role leads the end-to-end delivery of data analytics, AI/ML, and data platform initiatives while serving as a Scrum Master to drive Agile maturity and execution excellence. The incumbent orchestrates cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, Architecture, Product) across the globe to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant data solutions aligned to business outcomes. This is an individual contributor position.

Project Leadership (Data Analytics, AI & Delivery):

- Lead planning and execution of data analytics, AI, and data delivery projects.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for complex data initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Coordinate with Business Stakeholders, SE Digital, Data Engineering, BI, and AI/ML teams for seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality benchmarks.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or related field.

Experience:

- 5+ years in project management and data analytics/AI delivery with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Functional knowledge of Customer Voice and Quality processes.

Technical

Skills:

- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes and tools, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and big data/cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, data modelling, and analytics pipelines.

Certifications (nice to have):

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred), AI/ML certifications.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Key Deliverables:

- Successful delivery of AI-driven data analytics projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Implementation of Agile best practices across teams.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and improved team velocity.

Key Deliverables:

- Bangalore (India) – Full time onsite
