What will you do?
As a Senior Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone supporting Business, Growth, Product, and Risk teams, transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive multi-functional success across our lending ecosystem.
- Partner with product teams to guide feature development, using insights from cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and retention trends to improve user journeys and experience.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for messaging, nudges, prompts and behavioral interventions
- Generate strategic insights to improve DAU/MAU, retention metrics, feature adoption, product LTV
- Analyze engagement across app lifecycle: onboarding → activation → product usage
- Analyze multi-dimensional data to identify user patterns, cohorts, emerging trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Tech, Compliance, and Business to build and execute analytical solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
You should apply if you:
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles, solving real-world business problems.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse datasets and translate insights into solutions for specific business challenges.
- Have strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL, with experience handling large datasets and working with distributed computing tools.
- Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and risk.
- Are passionate about data, always eager to explore, experiment, and apply data-driven approaches to solve complex problems.
Must Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming or SQL querying, with experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience building or working with product lifecycle, app engagement, funnel analytics, behavioural strategies.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving business impact through analytical projects from end-to-end.
