Job Summary:

This role combines the responsibilities of a Data Engineer and a Data Scientist, with a specialization in either data engineering or data science. The Data Engineer/Data Scientist will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure required to support AI/ML initiatives, as well as developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. This role requires a strong understanding of data engineering principles, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modelling techniques.

To be successful, ideal candidate will also have strong communication skill to spear heading discussion with business user to understand the problem and design AI solution.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Collect, clean and analyse data to identify pattern and insights
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems
Design, build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process and transform large datasets
Develop and implement data warehousing solutions
Optimize data infrastructure for performance and scalability
Ensure data quality and integrity
Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement
Deploy models to production and monitor their performance
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Job Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or data science.
Strong programming skills and experience with data engineering tools and machine learning frameworks.

Experience with cloud computing platforms.

Experience with RDMS and Vector DB.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
International certification in statistics or AI/ML fields is a plus.
