Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Project specific
Lead and manage technology consulting projects
Point of contact for intake of projects
Work with internal technology and operations team to deliver projects or implementations through project planning, risk management, change management, resource management and financial reporting
Collaborate with client point of contact(s) to enable business requirements gathering and drive building technology solutions in partnership with business analysts.
Drive the project and implementations based on standard project management guidelines
Create, publish and present standard project governance artifacts like weekly status, monthly reviews etc., across applicable forums including presentations to client
Mandatory Skills :
7+ years of experience in IT Projects & minimum 3+ years of experience with managing and leading technology projects (internal and client)
Strong project and program management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills to work across account management, technology, operations, finance and other internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies
One of the PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist certifications
Experience in delivering projects in healthcare space
