Business Objectives
Maintain and enhance existing machine learning models in production.
Build new use cases using advanced machine learning techniques to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end data science activities including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Monitor model performance post-deployment and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with data engineering teams to support scalable deployment in the AWS cloud environment.

Technical Skills Required
Data Science & Machine Learning:  Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling.
Domain Knowledge:  Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a plus, not mandatory.
Programming:  Strong hands-on experience in Python and good working knowledge of SQL.
Cloud Exposure:  

Experience with AWS services for ML model deployment and integration.

Preferred Qualifications
Data Scientist:  3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and ML model development.
Senior Data Scientist:  3+ years of hands-on experience in advanced ML model development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment.
